Semiconductor production expanded while factory continues to operate

Semiconductor production expanded while factory continues to operate

A semiconductor factory in Vietnam has been expanded and upgraded to meet global demand for microchips in the car industry. Factory operations continued during the project which was completed at half the cost of competing bids. Royal HaskoningDHV was contracted to carry out engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM). The tight eight-month schedule was met while the new production area meets the exacting standards of a major electric vehicle manufacturer.

Production research facility to boost innovation in flexible solar cells

Production research facility to boost innovation in flexible solar cells

A solar cell manufacturer’s facility in Eindhoven consolidates a new, efficient and flexible production and a research facility into a single location. Royal HaskoningDHV helped in selecting contractors and checking the quality of finished work. The building incorporates a pilot line for intermediary photovoltaic products. It enables the client to help companies develop production processes for their innovations without having to invest in their own equipment.
