The challenge

Eneco, a global energy company, sought a new owner to accelerate the energy transition after divestment by Dutch Provinces and Municipalities. Mitsubishi and Chubu aimed to strengthen their renewable energy position in North-West Europe through acquisition. 
 

The solution
