Royal HaskoningDHV announces changes in its Executive Board
Royal HaskoningDHV’s Supervisory Board is pleased to announce a change of roles in the Executive Board. On 4 April, Erik Oostwegel changes from Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Marije Hulshof, currently member of the Executive Board, becomes the new CEO.
The change, unanimously supported by both Supervisory and Executive Board, came about following Marije joining the Executive Board in July 2022.
Peter Blauwhoff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: “We thank Erik for his service and leadership as CEO. He has been steering the progress of Royal HaskoningDHV, its digital transformation as well as delivering on its purpose Enhancing Society Together. We look forward to further collaboration with Erik as CCO and member of the Executive Board and are confident he will continue to deliver value for the company in his new role.
“Since July 2022, Marije has been a strong and refreshing addition to the Executive Board with her extensive experience and result-driven mentality. We are fully confident that Marije can lead the company to deliver on its strategic priorities. We congratulate Marije with her new role as CEO and look forward to jointly with her, Erik and Jasper further develop the company,” Peter adds.

Erik Oostwegel: “I've been devoted to Royal HaskoningDHV for my entire working career; the company that manages to deliver engineering and consultancy services at the highest standards while strongly focusing on environmental and social impact. However, 10 years as CEO is also a natural moment to reflect. While remaining in the Executive Board, I am very happy to hand over the baton to Marije. As Chief Commercial Officer I will focus more on markets and clients for maximum impact. Congratulations to Marije, and I look forward to continuing working together with her and Jasper in our new roles.”
Marije Hulshof: “I am honoured to be asked to take over the CEO role from Erik, and I look forward to continuing to work together. We will go full speed ahead with the execution of our Stronger25 strategy.
