The main objectives of the study were to develop a plan, concept design and tender documents for the proposed marina and waterfront development in terms of technical, financial, environmental and socio economic feasibility.

Our team helped to set up the terms and conditions of the proposed marina and waterfront development that govern the way the project will be further developed. This included advising on an organisation to own and operate the facility, assisting with relations between land owners/developers and other key stakeholders.

The site is now an important location in the local and international tourism, cruise, yachting and municipal network and can be considered a key destination along the coast of Walvis Bay for local citizens and tourists to enjoy.
