As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will work with some of the most demanding global clients and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. Our Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) projects require advanced expertise beyond standard building features, allowing you to leverage skills in areas like Parametric Design, Automated Engineering, and Augmented Design. You will play a key role in challenging projects, primarily datacenters in Germany, within an internationally expanding engineering and consultancy firm focused on digital transformation.Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Our global Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team provides a multidisciplinary package of consultancy services for our datacenter clients. We provide strategic, tactical, and operational advice to our clients, including colocation datacentres, internet service providers, and telecom companies. Our team consists of colleagues with all kinds of different expertise. For example, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil, structure, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology. You are an entrepreneurial, result oriented, proactive individual with a positive flexible and problem-solving attitude. Besides that, you have:
MSc in Structural/Civil Engineering, specializing in structural design of buildings;
Strong knowledge of German (DIN) standards and engineering practices;
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience at a German consultancy or engineering firm;
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally to Budapest and Nijmegen;
Proficient in 3D calculation software, with strong customer orientation, technical knowledge, and analytical skills (preferably related to datacenters);
