We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Director to lead our growing Industry & Buildings Engineering Group within the UK. Our group provides multi-disciplinary civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design solutions to our clients. We are looking for a leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the growth and transformation of the 50 strong team on our journey to become a future leader in digital engineering solutions in the areas of Industry, Logistics and Energy.

The role will have overall responsibility for the team’s work acquisition, project delivery, digital transformation, results, performance and client satisfaction. You’ll provide leadership to two resource teams based in Birmingham and Peterborough with responsibility for serving clients throughout the UK as a part of a wider global Industry & Buildings delivery capability
