This year, GEO| Design+BIM will delve further into the integration of geospatial technology and BIM. The event, themed ‘Enabling tomorrow’s connected infrastructure’, will take place in Amsterdam from 1-2 November 2018 and Royal HaskoningDHV is contributing in various ways.
On 1 November Royal HaskoningDHV’s Global Director Digital Engineering and Automation Jugal Makwana will be one of the speakers in the session Connected Infrastructure: Enhancing Efficiency and Productivity (11:15-12:45h).
On 2 November, Royal HaskoningDHV’s UK Director of Digital Casey Rutland is lead speaker and moderator of a panel discussion on Open BIM: The Key to Successful Collaboration (Hall 1, 11:15-12:45h).

On 2 November Royal HaskoningDHV expert Ronald van Lanen and Karolina Euler-van Hulst will be doing a joint presentation in the session Geodesign for Collaborative Infrastructure Management (Hall 3, 14:00-15:30h). Ronald and Karolina will show how geo-BIM can help infrastructure assets like road sites contribute to sustainability goals. For example, by creating additional functions like biomass production for the paper industry.
