Bringing together professionals from the worlds of design, engineering, construction and manufacturing, Autodesk University (AU) London is Autodesk’s flagship conference - allowing attendees to share knowledge, expertise and explore cross-industry opportunities with the platform.
AU London takes place from 18-19 June 2019 and welcomes 1,800 visitors from over 49 different countries.
Royal HaskoningDHV’s Sven Lanens, Healthcare Consultant & Developer Digital Twin at Royal HaskoningDHV, will be presenting on 18 June on the topic of ‘Hospital Twin’ – looking at the possible benefits and efficiencies to be gained through digital co-creation and innovation with Autodesk.
Talking about his presentation Sven said: "I'll be providing details about developing a digital twin for the healthcare sector, specifically operating theatres. The goal is to combine the medical and technical world to improve patient safety and reduce surgical site infection which leads to mortality."
Over 30 colleagues from across Royal HaskoningDHV will also be in attendance at AU London as we continue our commitment to digital transformation and upskilling staff to be at the forefront of digital innovation.
Autodesk provides software solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. Royal HaskoningDHV recently signed an Enterprise Business Agreement with Autodesk to renew their partnership - which began in 2015.
