Royal HaskoningDHV appoints Flip Dötsch (41) as Corporate Director Communications and Brand with effect from 1 July 2018.
Flip Dötsch will be globally responsible for internal and external group communications as well as corporate brand and company positioning.
Flip joined Royal HaskoningDHV on 1st January 2016 as Global Head of Communications Planning and Employee Engagement. Soon after joining the company his remit expanded to Global Reputation Management and Employee Engagement. He brings over seventeen years of experience covering a wide range of expertises such as brand building, media relations, sustainability communications, employee engagement, issues management to corporate stakeholder engagement.
Previously, he fulfilled various global communications roles at Unilever, and worked for amongst others Holland Casino, Porter Novelli, Telfort and Edelman.
Flip takes over from Minke Bijl who decided to pursue her career outside the company.
