Royal HaskoningDHV has been shortlisted for three awards under the New Civil Engineer’s NCE100 programme in the UK, which seeks to showcase excellence in civil engineering practice.

Based on employer and employee feedback, the awards rank and reward firms that showcase and inspire civil engineering at its best.

Royal HaskoningDHV has been shortlisted for:

  • Best place to work

    – recognising our efforts to engage staff and our approach to profit sharing
  • Technology trailblazer

    – recognising our innovative wastewater treatment solution Nereda
  • Contribution to the profession

    – recognising our work to inspire future engineers through partnerships

The NCE100 Companies of the Year Awards sit alongside and feed into the NCE100 ranking of the best civil engineering practices here in the UK and abroad. Last year, Royal HaskoningDHV was ranked 18th out of the top 100 companies.

Craig Huntbatch, UK Resident Director at Royal HaskoningDHV commented: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for these three awards. This is a testament to the hard work of our colleagues across the business who strive for excellence in all areas of their work.

“We’re committed to continual improvement in the working environment and opportunities that we provide our colleagues, and to implementing innovative technological solutions to the problems faced by our clients. Our colleagues are also doing brilliant work to cultivate the engineers of the future – helping to not only raise the profile and perception of the profession, but also improve the routes into careers in engineering.

“We look forward to presenting to the judging panels in May.”

The NCE 100 Awards winners and the top 100 companies will be announced at the awards ceremony on 22 June at Hilton Park Lane Hotel.
