In support of its strategic focus on digital services and fostering an innovative culture, Royal HaskoningDHV appointed Daisy Rood as new Corporate Director Digital Services and Evelien Cameron as Business Partner Organisational Transformation.

Daisy Rood (46) joins Royal HaskoningDHV as of 1 June and will be responsible for driving digital innovation to achieve rapid scale-up and commercialisation. She will lead the digital services transformation across the organisation and develop and coordinate the portfolio of digital services initiatives. Daisy is a professional with 20 years of experience in innovation and making businesses smarter. She joins Royal HaskoningDHV from IBM, where she was responsible for developing new digital transformation business at existing or new clients. Daisy started at IBM in 2000 and occupied various positions as consultant, manager, business developer Smarter Planet and social business transformation leader.

Evelien Cameron (33) joined Royal HaskoningDHV on 15 May and will help shaping the organisational culture and leadership in support of the company’s strategic ambitions. Evelien will primarily focus on the Industry & Buildings Business Line and in addition, will help leaders across the company in fostering a culture of empowerment, curiosity and renewal. Evelien is a consulting professional with a background in sociology and business administration and almost ten years of experience in people and organisational development. She joins Royal HaskoningDHV from PwC Consulting where she started in 2007. In her last role as Senior Manager People & Organisation she was responsible for designing and delivering leadership development and cultural transformation programmes.
