11 Nov 2019Royal HaskoningDHV has welcomed its latest appointment, Danai-Kanella Antonopoulou to its Smart Ports team to further strengthen the company’s services and products in this area.
Danai, who will assume the role of Terminal Automation Expert, brings with her a wealth of experience in terminal operations having worked for consulting firm Marnet S.A. in the fields of maritime transport, port planning and harbor works where she participated in the design of marine works, cruise terminals and marinas across Greece. Danai has also held roles at DP World London Gateway and, most recently, Hamburg Port Consultancy (HPC) in Germany where she supported various container terminals by providing services covering all areas of project implementation.
In her new role as terminal automation expert, Danai will be responsible for delivering the design and implementation of business process models for automation as part of the Royal HaskoningDHV Smart Ports team. She will also contribute to and coordinate the development of the company’s Terminal Automation Services.
