What, about the traineeship, makes you feel excited?
Our Andrea Calugi, Trainee Multinationals since September 2017: Royal HaskoningDHV’s traineeship programme helped to discover my own professional identity, improve self-confidence and learn about the strong ánd weak points of my expertise and personality. It is about understanding what my potential is and shape my path accordingly, by being curious and proactive. Being a trainee allows me to make mistakes, learn from them and use it as motivation. I get the opportunity to put into practice new skills and tools without the pressure of being wrong.Read Andrea´s full story

What attracts you most in working for Royal HaskoningDHV?
Our Mary Archila Lamus, Trainee Multinationals since September 2017: What attracts me about working at Royal HaskoningDHV is the dynamic international setting. A project conversation can easily start in Haiti, go to Ethiopia and end up in Vietnam and all still be associated with one real project about plants from one multinational client. I also find it very valuable that there is room for personal development as a young professional. We get the opportunity to participate in various groups discussing our company strategy with our top management.Read Mary's full story
