About the programme
This 2-year programme will acquaint you with all aspects of our (inter)national services in the Water arena, working for various clients, like water authorities, Rijkswaterstaat, private sector and international clients, e.g. World Bank. You will be involved in multiple projects allowing you to simultaneously grow as a professional, in an environment where teamwork, ownership and empowerment are highly valued. This extensive training programme will enhance your digital and innovation savviness, by offering you a mentor and courses at our Digital Academy: digital engineering, data science/AI, Python, Scrum etc.; as well as allowing you to participate in our Young Professional Programme to develop your communication, leadership and project management skills.

What, about the programme, makes you feel excited?
Our Hamza Hussain, Building Information Modelling Engineer for our water business: That projects now depend on smart digital tools, like BIM software and parametric 3D modelling, and the amount of data that needs to be managed really excites me. Working as a BIM Engineer has really helped me to develop my personal professional skills: always aiming to find the most efficient solutions. I strive to get the most work done in the least amount of time by using smart digital solutions like parametric design (a process based on algorithmic thinking). This enables our team to analyse as many design alternatives as possible which in turn leads to the best possible design choices throughout the projects.
