Royal HaskoningDHV’s infrastructure team can assist you in all stages of development, from initial feasibility studies to detailed design and construction supervision.
The design and coordination of underground networks is a key element of our work in urban infrastructure. A well coordinated design of key networks, such drainage, telecoms and other utility services, is essential to minimise construction costs and programme and to enable future development tobe easily integrated.
We work closely with Local Authorities and Utility Companies to determine the extent of existing services and to develop and plan for future underground infrastructure. We have extensive experience of programming and costing schemes, including contract negotiations with relevant bodies.
Our infrastructure team is also involved in all aspects of drainage works, including layout designs for surface water, sustainable infiltration schemes, foul drainage schemes, pumping stations and trade waste water systems. Our experience includes working within commercial and industrial buildings and infrastructure and port developments. We work closely with clients and developers to design drainage schemes that meet the needs of the statutory authorities, whilst focussing on buildability and minimising maintenance requirements.
