Based on this operational information, we have provided these offices with an energy label and an indicative BREEAM-in-Use score.
Furthermore, we have taken measures which are necessary to improve the sustainability of the Portfolio. Next, we have checked these measures on technical workability and financial feasibility. This led to a preposition and budget of measures in order to take the sustainability level of the Portfolio up to Energy label A | BREEAM Very Good.
BREEAM-NL In-UseBREEAM-NL In-Use is a monitory instrument for sustainability achievements of existing Real Estate. It is a quality mark which assesses building characteristics, the management and the use of Real Estate. Therefore, BREEAM In-Use is more than only energy consumption: also waste, healthy indoor climate and ecology are part of the sustainability scan.
Asset Information ManagementBased on this operational information, ABN AMRO has been able to decide to upgrade fifteen most important Assets from her Real Estate Portfolio to Energy label A | BREEAM Very Good. Moreover, a program will be developed to dispose buildings which become available, and improve the sustainability together with planned maintenance of the remaining buildings.
