Royal HaskoningDHV commissioned a new signposting design for 33 subway stations in Amsterdam on behalf of the City of Amsterdam. Design principles for the new North-South line were used. Royal HaskoningDHV has drawn up a list of requirements for the production of signs and the construction assembly. Implications for power and emergency power supplies have been mapped out for the installer. These thorough documents enabled direct implementation of the signs. This has improved the overview for passengers of public transport in Amsterdam.
