In close cooperation with Siam Makro along 30 years, several new concepts of whole sale buildings have been developed sine first day of their operations in Thailand. In the old days, Makro tried to position their business as a wholesaler for Food and Non-food products and their targeted customers were small retailers, and general business. In addition, they used to focus on others incomes by setting up separate areas for tenants, food court and so on. The building size used to be 13,000-14,000 sq.m approximately. During last 8 years, their concept has been changed to emphasize on frozen foods products and food categories in stead of non-food; a format of the building has been changed accusingly
