Heineken Supply chain (HSC) were instructed by the Joint Venture partnership, to construct and deliver the project within a defined scope, budget, time and quality as defined in the Business Case for the project and as detailed within the Project Data book. Royal HaskoningDHV were appointed by HSC because of their extensive knowledge and expertise in delivering Brewery projects with Heineken over many years.
Royal HaskoningDHV's solution was to provide a multidisciplinary project team of Architects, Structural, Civil and Building Services Engineers to work in close collaboration with the HSC and their specialist contractors to develop the project. Defined stages were established covering conceptual, basic and detailed engineering phases allowing HSC to monitor the key deliveries of the projectand adapt the project deliverables accordingly.
HaskoningDHV UK, working in close cooperation with the extended team within the Netherlands and Thailand, delivered a cost effective and co-ordinated delivery of the following Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services.
