From 22-25 November, Royal HaskoningDHV organised the first Nereda Community Days for the worldwide Nereda partner network. A group of 30 experts meet in South Africa to exchange the latest developments in Nereda wastewater treatment, market intelligence, knowledge and experiences. The atmosphere was great and the discussions and talks will speed up future developments.
Nereda partners attending this international meeting include representatives from Aqua-Aerobic Systems, USA; Aquatec Maxcon, Australia; Endress+Hauser, Global; EPS Group, Ireland; GEA, Global; GEA, South Africa; Odebrecht Ambiental, Brazil; WABAG, India; WABAG, Switzerland; WEC Projects, South Africa; World Water Academy, Netherlands; as well as Royal HaskoningDHV's international Nereda team.
Part of the programme was a site visit to the Nereda project at ERWAT’s wastewater treatment plant of Hartebeesfontein, where WEC Projects constructed a Nereda installation to improve the capacity by 5 million liters/day.
