Celebrating its 10th anniversary at the Celtic Manor resort near Newport, Wales, RESI 2016 will look ahead to the challenges and opportunities facing the housing sector over the next year, with big names debating the key issues.

Our principal experts Craig Francis, Strategic Advisor for Transport & Planning, and Patrick Hebbard, Director for Transport UK Advisory Group, will be present for all three days of the conference from Monday 12 September to Wednesday 14 September.C

Craig said: “Getting developers to the front of the queue during the planning stage by providing robust, sustainable and innovative transport & planning solutions around proposed developments is our core expertise.

“We help housebuilders, local authorities, developers, architects and land agents all across the UK to gain consent for their proposed developments by providing integrated master planning studies, impact assessments and feasibility studies.”

With a strong track record in serving the transport & planning market, Royal HaskoningDHV can draw on its multi-disciplinary solutions to provide the client with a one stop shop for all their residential development needs.

Our multi-disciplinary expertise spans to include services such as environment and water solutions to enable sustainable urban drainage systems for all commercial and residential developments.

Every town and city is an evolving entity and as our population increases year on year, the demand for land to be set aside for new industrial and residential development increases.

Royal HaskoningDHV specialises in all aspects of residential development including urban development and regeneration, design and infrastructure and drainage and waste water management. We go to great lengths to ensure our towns and cities are more inhabitable, accessible and aesthetically pleasing to live in, within the growing demand for economical, sustainable and eco-friendly living spaces.

Royal HaskoningDHV project managed the highways and transport planning input for a 596 unit residential development at Chambers Street, Bermondsey, London. The scheme improved pedestrian linkage to the closest public transport service and had to take into account a number of complex London planning requirements.

In the Midlands, Royal HaskoningDHV successfully carried out a project for the Homes Communities Agency (HCA) to provide transportation consultancy services in relation to the development of land for residential and commercial use. By achieving an approved access, the plot could be offered at a higher value.
