Royal HaskoningDHV has secured a position on a new framework for Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL), a major maritime business in Scotland that owns ports, piers and harbours in 26 locations across Scotland, as well as a fleet of ferries.
Within the current framework, Royal HaskoningDHV has worked at most of CMAL’s sites – with projects ranging from small scale jetty inspections right through to creating new link spans and passenger access solutions.
Earlier this year, CMAL invited a number of consultancies to bid for a place on the renewed framework and Royal HaskoningDHV was successful in being selected alongside 5 other consultants.
Stuart White, at Royal HaskoningDHV commented: “We have an established relationship with CMAL, and we’re delighted to have overcome stiff competition to secure this new framework agreement. This is a significant step for our business in Scotland and further cements our position in the Scottish maritime market.”
Royal HaskoningDHV has worked with CMAL for almost six years, providing support with projects large and small at most of its locations across Scotland. The new contract begins in August 2016.
