Nynke Dalstra, Chief Financial Officer, will leave Royal HaskoningDHV as of 1 September 2019. Dalstra’s decision to step down is based on a personal wish to take a break from her professional career and spend time with her family. Following the departure of Dalstra, the Supervisory Board has appointed Corporate Director Finance & Control, Jasper de Wit as CFO who will join CEO Erik Oostwegel in the Executive Board as of 1 September.
Joop van Oosten, Chairman of the Supervisory Board: "We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to Nynke Dalstra for her contribution in the Executive Board. She has found the right balance between managing control and stimulating entrepreneurship which enabled a solid implementation of the company strategy. We regret to see Nynke go in September and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
"To ensure consistency in strong company leadership, we have concluded Jasper de Wit is the best candidate to become the new CFO. He is experienced, knows the company and its markets and has relevant leadership skills. He is a good match with CEO Erik Oostwegel and with the Executive Council. As the Supervisory Board we believe the company’s leadership is in good hands."

I’m confident the leadership of the company is in capable hands with the appointment of Jasper de Wit as my successor."
