14 Jan 2014On 6 September 2013 Royal HaskoningDHV announced it had terminated its involvement in the Kidron wastewater treatment plant project in East Jerusalem. The project was in the early stages of the preliminary design phase.
Royal HaskoningDHV carries out its work with the highest regard for integrity and in compliance with international laws and regulations. In the course of the project, and after due consultation with various stakeholders, the company came to understand that future involvement in the project could be in violation of international law.
This led to the company's independent decision to end its involvement in the project. Royal HaskoningDHV was not pressured by the Dutch government to do so.
There is no boycott of Israel by Royal HaskoningDHV.
