Royal HaskoningDHV’s international food and beverage experts will be in attendance at Food & Drink Expo 2016, the biggest industry show in the UK.

The company will be showcasing its global capabilities spanning across the food and beverage industry in offering an integrated solutions approach – from the development of sustainable sourcing programmes, the design of breweries, production plants or cold stores to the implementation of water and energy use optimisation programmes.

Katherine Moore, Royal HaskoningDHV’s Principal Engineer in the UK food and beverage industry, has over 15 years’ experience of civil and structural engineering projects. She commented, “This industry is one of the most important and dynamic sectors across Europe, with continuous demand to change and improve products and production in line with the latest consumer demands and regulatory requirements. The UK food & beverage industry alone is worth £197 billion, and our experience of working with many of the major players in the global food and beverage industry – including Agrico and Heineken – has all worked towards ensuring sustainable performance.

“This has resulted in our team developing very in-depth knowledge of various production processes, which – combined with our expert skills – enables us to deliver tailor-made solutions every time.”

A number of Royal HaskoningDHV’s international experts will be in attendance at Food & Drink Expo. Alongside Katherine Moore, Wil Duivenvoorden is a senior agri-food expert in Royal HaskoningDHV, specialising in mechanical engineering and refrigeration engineering with an extensive track record in integral design projects related to food security and quality assurance.

Food & Drink Expo provides an opportunity for decision-makers across the whole industry to come together to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.
Royal HaskoningDHV experts will be on Stand N180 at the show, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham from 18-20 April.
