Providing Circular Economy Solutions

Royal HaskoningDHV and Royal FrieslandCampina have organised a Roundtable about ‘Win-win Water Solutions’ on Day 1 of the World Water Tech Summit in London.

There are plenty of sustainable Circular Economy innovations, but what does it take to make them financially feasible so you can realise a future-proof and durable organisation?

Together with other market players - like Royal FrieslandCampina - Royal HaskoningDHV created a process called CODE, a smart chain of the most modern and sustainable water treatment and bio-refinery techniques. Realisation requires an approach of the complete chain, from source through production, logistics and markets to the users. This creates a strong business case, with a win-win situation for all stakeholders.

The expected learning outcomes of this Roundtable will be:

  • Know how to look differently (=circular) to existing value chains to generate extra added value;
  • Understand how to tackle risks, justify budgets and investments;
  • Insight in the way of working to exchange a cost stream into an income stream;
  • Tips to find and create a circular market for raw materials.
