Royal HaskoningDHV has been shortlisted for two awards under the New Civil Engineer’s NCE100 programme, which seeks to showcase excellence in civil engineering practice.
Based on employer and employee feedback, the awards rank and reward firms that showcase and inspire civil engineering at its best.
As well as being selected to be an NCE100 company, Royal HaskoningDHV has been shortlisted in two awards:
Excellence in Climate Resilience– recognising our position as an industry leader in flood risk management. Here we entered the Moray Flood Alleviation programme to demonstrate the impact our work has on reducing risk and protecting local communities against future damage
Smart Operator– recognising our Aquasuite solution for its use of data-driven technology in water treatment
Last year, Royal HaskoningDHV was ranked 8th out of the top 100 companies.
Craig Huntbatch, UK Resident Director at Royal HaskoningDHV commented: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for these awards – they demonstrate some fantastic examples of our work here in the UK.
“Not only is Moray an excellent showcase of our work in managing a huge number of stakeholders – it also delivers on our motto of enhancing society together by protecting numerous villages from the damage of flooding. Whilst Aquasuite is a fairly new addition to our Water offering here in the UK, we’re delighted to see that it’s been shortlisted for the Smart Operator award. This could be a fantastic springboard for us in rolling out this technology in the UK.”
“We look forward to presenting to the judging panels in May.”
The winners will be announced at the NCE100 Awards ceremony, where the top 100 companies will also be revealed, taking place on 23 May at the Troxy in London.
