Former Royal HaskoningDHV Executive Board member Henry Rowe has been shortlisted for this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) European CEO Awards.
The Awards, now in their sixth year, are designed to highlight achievements in exceptional leadership and business best-practice within pan-European engineering and consultancy firms.
As a member of the Royal HaskoningDHV Executive Board since 2008, Henry Rowe previously held responsibility for UK operations as well as two of the company’s business lines – Maritime and Aviation, and Water – up until July of this year. Henry now acts as Executive Director and continues to be very actively involved with the company’s operations.
Craig Huntbatch, Resident Director of Royal HaskoningDHV’s UK operations, congratulated Henry for being placed on the shortlist: “Henry fully deserves this recognition, which pays service to the impact he has made at Royal HaskoningDHV. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Henry’s contribution to our Maritime operations in particular has been outstanding – ports, harbours and marine facilities have always been at the centre of his working life. As he approaches retirement, we are extremely proud to see Henry’s achievements recognised by the ACE in this way.”
The awards ceremony will be held at a gala dinner in London on Tuesday 8th November as part of the 2016 European CEO Conference, ‘Disruptive Forces – Making our industry ready and fit for the Future’, occurring 9th and 10th November 2016.
