Your role will be a mix of work, both in the office and on site where you will be given early responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to both large complex projects as well as small specialist ones. You will work alongside skilled and experienced colleagues where your involvement and contribution will be actively encouraged.
Roles and duties will vary depending on projects and workload, to include:
- Project Management
- Design Management
- Planning and scheduling
- Supporting tender preparation
- Carry out any duties which your line manager may reasonably request within the broad parameters of your role.
Good communication skills
Demonstrate experience in the use of design software
Demonstrate experience in the design of principle members and in steel, concrete, and preferably masonry and timber.
Qualification - MEng / MSc in Construction related subject
As Royal HaskoningDHV operate projects with a BIM approach, you are expected to be aware of the UK BIM framework (previously known as BIM Level 2), your role within it and ideally have practical experience. If this is not the case, you will be expected to undertake the relevant training courses via our Digital Academy within your first 3 months of employment should you be successful.
