Lisette Heuer studied Civil Engineering at TU Delft and graduated in 1997. She startedworking at Province of Northern Brabant in 1998 and moved to Royal HaskoningDHV in1999. Lisette has a 20-year track record in line management and innovation in the watersector with a special focus on flood resilience. She currently holds the positions of GlobalDirector (Flood) Resilience, Global Water Strategy Director and is member of the globalBusiness Line Water Management Team. Lisette is a member of various committeesfocusing on sector needs in scientific research and education with universities for civilengineering, built environment, climate change and sustainable development. Lisette is nowfocusing on driving further business growth in Royal HaskoningDHV; particularly in (flood)resilience for highly complex urban environments via innovation and digital solutions.
